For our new website, it was particularly important to us to create a clear structure and present our content in a more understandable way. With flexBOX, we were able to quickly and easily update our website for the second edition of Adelboden Live. Especially for a festival, news, lineup changes, and new content often had to go live on short notice—and we were able to do this flexibly and with minimal effort. It was particularly convenient that existing content could be easily adapted and expanded without having to rebuild the entire structure from scratch.

With flexBOX, we were able to create a website with an online magazine for Z-SYSTEMS that is both visually appealing and easy to maintain on a day-to-day basis. Especially for a company with an international focus, it was important to display content in different languages cleanly and to manage it flexibly. The simple editing directly in the editor is a positive feature. Texts, images and content areas can be adapted without much effort. This means that the website not only remains technically flexible, but can also be kept up to date by the customer themselves.

AST-Birrer wanted a clear relaunch: away from the old website and towards a lean HubSpot solution with HubBOX and a defined budget. The site structure was tailored to the most important content - from offers and references to the vehicle fleet, all in German and French. The decisive factor was a solution that remains uncomplicated and can be adapted at any time if necessary. This is exactly what is convincing in everyday life: quick to implement, flexibly expandable and without unnecessary effort during operation.

We wanted a solution that could be easily managed on a day-to-day basis with the existing internal resources - and this is exactly where flexBOX convinced us. Due to the many existing interfaces, we made a conscious decision to retain the main Talus/Weblication platform and supplement it with HubSpot. Instead of implementing everything at once, we deliberately prioritized: first the redesign and basic setup, then the online magazine, newsletter and forms. Further expansion steps remain flexible for later. The result is a solution that fits in well with the day-to-day work of the municipality and can be continued internally on its own.

With the new website based on flexBOX, we at Affinitas have created a digital presence that clearly communicates our positioning and is also easier to manage internally. It was crucial for us that content not only looks good, but can also be quickly adapted and further developed on a day-to-day basis. This is precisely where flexBOX comes into its own: Structure that provides orientation, combined with enough flexibility for growth and new topics. The implementation has helped us to present our services more clearly and to clearly map the connection between the website, HubSpot and our marketing activities. The clear GUI, the clearly structured modules and the numerous predefined layouts and presets make day-to-day work much easier and enable ideas and adaptations in the corporate design to be implemented quickly. Reports can also be created easily and publications can be conveniently planned in advance.
